All online orders are processed by our UK sales office. Business hours are Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm.
(online orders received out with our business hours will be processed the next working day)
For orders placed before 3:30pm, we aim to despatch your goods on the same day.
Where the full quantity of items is not available we will advise of the estimated ship date, should you wish us to make a split shipment this may occur an additional charge.

- All shipping charges shown above are applicable to online orders only.
- The delivery services and transit days listed are supplied by DPD for UK Parcels.
- DPD UK rates are based upon a single parcel with a maximum weight of 30 kg.
- Our international logistics partners handle all European and International shipments.
- If surcharges apply for additional weight or dimensions we shall notify you, with the option to cancel for a full refund.
- The shipping charges and order values listed are excluding VAT.
- If any item(s) on your order are out of stock, we will contact you to advise of the expected delivery date or offer an alternative.
- All deliveries are subject to current stock levels. Our website "stock" terminology is shown below
- “In Stock” – available for same day dispatch for orders placed before 3:30pm.
If your order contains a quantity greater than our available stock, we can either partial ship the item or await the balance from the supplier and ship complete. If applicable, we shall contact you to discuss.
- “On Order” – stock on order, due for delivery and subject to current supplier lead time.
- “To Order” – out of stock, available to order from the supplier and subject to current lead time.
